Campus Labs Access

Requesting Access to Campus Labs

Please use the Campus Labs Access Form to request access to Campus Labs. Please complete a form for each user that needs to be added to Campus Labs. The form will also serve to request the removal of users who no longer need access to Campus Labs. Each Friday of every week, the Office of Institutional Assessment (OIA) staff will generate a weekly report from these forms and conduct a bulk import of users to Campus Labs.

Who Should Have Access to Campus Labs

Assessment coordinators in each unit may request Campus Labs access to faculty, staff, and administrators who have roles associated with the institutional effectiveness and/or academic assessment reporting process.
